HOTEL INFORMATION

Room rates:

• Delta $155.60 Canadian Funds (tax included) 1-4 persons
• Hilton $167.13 Canadian Funds (tax included) 1-4 persons

4 to a room - Dbl/Dbl
2 or 1 to a room - King or queen (one bed)

Forms will be processed on a first come, first served basis. All attempts will be made to house choruses together in the same hotel. Both hotels are connected by a pedway and through the shopping centre to the Convention centre.

Harmony, Inc. members who do not stay in the convention hotels will be charged an additional $100 per member in addition to their AEP cost for every member not staying in one of the convention hotels.

Parking fees at Convention Hotels:

• Delta, self park $13.00 Canadian per day plus tax (free parking Friday noon to Sunday midnight). Valet parking is available at a cost of $17.00 Canadian per day, plus 13% tax and no free parking on the weekends.
• Hilton, $18.00 Canadian per day plus tax. No valet parking service provided.

Shuttle service from Saint John airport

Cost for Delta hotel shuttle is $15.00 per person and must be pre-booked by calling the Delta 506-648-1981. Cost for taxi is approximately $28.00 and the Delta suggests using Diamond taxi.

The Hilton does not provide shuttle service and the cost for a taxi is $28.00 and $1 extra for each person in the taxi.
