Harmony, Inc. Puts Directors First!     

                     


Stronger directors = stronger chapters = stronger Areas = stronger Harmony, Inc.

Harmony, Inc. members have long known that the strength of our organization rests in the hands of our musical directors. Strong directors contribute to strong chapters, which are the basis for strong Areas and a strong international organization. In a nutshell, Harmony, Inc. understands the importance of putting its “Directors First.”


Harmony, Inc. is proud to announce a new fundraising campaign called Directors First. The goal is simple: We want to send one director or musical leader from EACH CHAPTER to Harmony University, a world-class educational experience hosted by the Barbershop Harmony Society, in the next five years. We know we can do it. We know it will expose our directors and musical leaders to a world-class barbershop harmony education, which will trickle down to every set of risers in our organization.

Harmony, Inc. To illustrate the simplicity of our goal, let's break down what we're aiming to accomplish. If each member donates just $5 per year to the Directors First campaign for the next five years, we will be able to send one director or musical leader from each chapter in Harmony, Inc.—including YOURS.

Whether you donate $5 or $50 or $500, you will be directly impacting the overall strength of the organization you love! Donate now and help us send 12 Harmony, Inc. musical leaders to Harmony University in 2017.

FOR U.S. DONATIONS

  • Online—Make a secure donation via Paypal. This contribution will be earmarked for the Directors First campaign. 



  • Send a check—If you prefer, send a check to the corporate office and be sure to indicate that it is intended for the Directors First campaign. The corporate office mailing address is:  Harmony, Inc., 1055 Chadbourne Road, Standish, ME, 04084

FOR CANADIAN DONATIONS

  • We have partnered with Sing Canada for the Directors First effort so Canadian members can receive tax recognition for their donation while helping Sing Canada and Harmony, Inc. meet its goals for director support in Canada!
  • Canadian members should visit the Sing Canada donation page to process their donation: http://singcanadaharmony.ca/donate-now/  BE SURE TO NOTE THAT YOUR DONATION IS FOR DIRECTORS FIRST and it will be earmarked for the Directors First campaign! 


MAKE IT A TEAM EFFORT

Why not make a group contribution—Get your whole chapter in on the campaign and make a group donation to Directors First! We’ll be happy to recognize your effort on social media and in the next issue of the E-Note. And you never know what sort of recognition will be in store if you're the chapter with the greatest degree of support for Directors First.
