Video Authorization and Digital Video File Order Form:  All contestants MUST sign a form authorizing Harmony Inc. to record their performances; the same form provides the opportunity to purchase the recording.  The 2018 Permission to Record & Digital Video File Order Form is located here.

Showcase Dinner:  The Showcase Dinner will take place in the Palm Ballroom on Saturday, November 3.  Time is tentatively set for 7:00 pm.  Cost of the all-inclusive dinner is $35.00.

Parking:  Guests staying at the hotel receive a 50% discount on self-parking – it will be $9.00 plus tax per day.  There is no discount on valet parking which is $24.00 plus tax per day.

IC&C Registration and Dinner Pre-Order Forms

Whether you are sending in the HAR-080 IC&C All Events Pass Order Form or the HAR-117 IC&C Pre-Purchase Dinner Order Form they must be accompanied by an HAR-115 IC&C AEP Registration/Pre-Purchase Dinner Summary form. They do not need to be submitted at the same time but each of them must have a Summary Form sent along with the order form.
