Pack your Blue, Sparkly or Fancy Duds - Champions in Blue: A Sapphire Soirée on Friday, November 7th this amazing event celebrating the 65 Years of Quartet Champions! Cocktails at 7:30 Show time at 8:30. The cost to attend is included in your AEP price!
Livestream all the Action! Can’t be with us and don’t want to miss out on all the fun? Full Week Pass is $40 and provides access to our Opening Celebrations, Quartet and Chorus Contests and the Parade of Champions and one week access to the archives. Exciting and New – Tag Contest On Thursday Night from 8-9:30 pm in the Chocolate Ballroom, Aztec Room, we will be holding a Tag Contest. Grab three of your besties and sing a tag for our special judges! A sign-up sheet will be in the Harmony Hospitality room. Looking to form a quartet? Let us know, and we’ll help you find friends to sing with.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - A CALL FOR DONATIONS
This year, Harmony, Inc. is proud to have selected to support the Hershey Food Bank and Community Outreach Programthrough this year’s IC&C. This is an all volunteer organization dedicated to providing food, resources and support to individuals and families in need throughout Hershey and the surrounding communities. You may also make donations of cash, checks or gift cards.
The following items are easily packed in your suitcase or can be procured upon arrival at a local convenience store:
- Paper plates, napkins
- Toilet paper
- Paper Towels
- Facial tissues
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
- Deodorant
- Shampoo/conditioner
- We will also accept non-perishable food products (you could even drop off that unopened package of room snacks on Sunday morning if you'd like).
Your donations may be dropped off at the Harmony Hospitality room. Let's show Hershey the love of Harmony!

Harmony, Inc.’s International Convention and Contest is an all-volunteer operation. From negotiating hotel contracts, to finding vendors for the Harmony Mall, to securing contest judging, registering attendees, helping backstage, in the pattern and monitoring the doors. Hundreds and hundreds of volunteer hours make our International Contest possible. Please be sure to thank a volunteer!
