- Parking is available onsite in an attached coverage garage for all registered guests. The special conference rates are $22 per night for self-park and $32 for valet. Large vehicle (6 ft or taller) parking is available via valet for $50.
- The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- There is complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
- Reservations must be accompanied by a valid major credit card. The amount of deposit required equals the value of the first night’s accommodation, including tax.
- Guest check-in is at 4:00 PM; however, early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Requests to retain room beyond that hour should be directed to our Front Desk. Depending on room availability, a late departure charge will apply.
- The hotel is an accessible facility with ADA compliant rooms available upon request. Transferable benches, roll-in showers, and TDD kits are also available.
- The rooms do not have microwaves, but some have refrigerators. You can also request that one be brought to your room (based on availability).
- The reservation deadline is October 1, 2024.
